So, how does it work?
To put on the Safety Seat Support Harness, first place the upper strap with the silver d-ring around your dog’s neck. Next, place the two lower straps with the black buckles around your dog’s chest and under their front legs. Once you have done that, adjust the upper and lower straps to fit your dog’s body comfortably. Fasten the buckles on both sides of the harness. Once you have your dog sitting in your vehicle, place the car seat belt through the nylon loop located on the upper strap and fasten the seat belt into its clip.
Once your dog is strapped in, they can lie down or sit up, and sniff out the window but cannot move around your vehicle. Because the seat belt strap goes through the harness, your dog can not turn around and get twisted in the seat belt.
